Stephanie worked research settings for Stress, Echo and Metabolic Testing. She did work with Musculoskeletal injuries, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Athletes, Weight gain and Weight loss.
She became a volunteer Fire Fighter and has recently tapped into the Tactical Fitness industry and has helped military, and first responders.
Stephanie is a big believer in experience and understands the struggles of weight loss, overcoming mental barriers post injury, and having weighted vest/heavy gear while performing functional tasks.
Her goal is to put you in a place where you do not need her anymore. To have the confidence to exercises without pain, what to eat and how to maintain a balanced life.
