Stephanie worked research settings for Stress, Echo and Metabolic Testing.  She did work with Musculoskeletal injuries, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Athletes, Weight gain and Weight loss.


She became a volunteer Fire Fighter and has recently tapped into the Tactical Fitness industry and has helped military, and first responders.


Stephanie is a big believer in experience and understands the struggles of weight loss, overcoming mental barriers post injury, and having weighted vest/heavy gear while performing functional tasks. 


Her goal is to put you in a place where you do not need her anymore.  To have the confidence to exercises without pain, what to eat and how to maintain a balanced life.

  • How do I receive the program?

    The program is available through my website in the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal information and I will start putting together your personalized program.

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes, the reason I chose to do this is so that you can continue your progress as maintenance is very important. You have the option of a monthly or quarterly program. This means programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you based on the program you choose, plus ongoing support from me and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied down and can cancel at any time.

  • Are the programs available worldwide?

    Yeah! It is imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.

  • Can I do the plan at home?

    We can adapt the plan for you to complete in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select house only in the configuration form.

  • Refunds and returns.

    For information on my refund and returns policy, please see the terms and conditions.

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription, you must email me at least 7 days in advance so you will not be charged again. Please note that when you cancel all your workouts, the plans, support and guidance will be removed from your account.

  • I'm new to the gym, is it good for beginners?

    The training is completely adapted to you and your goals. So if you're new to the gym, I've got your back with your own personalized program. Choose weights that are light for your fitness levels and build up gradually.

  • Are all months the same?

    No, every month is different. This will involve weight gain, changes in exercises, and changes to your constantly updated eating plan. It's about progress and maintenance
